Right of Withdrawal (Angrerettloven)

In accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (angrerettloven), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. No reason is required.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@pagani.no within the 14-day period.

Return Conditions

The watch must be unused and in its original packaging, including all tags, protective films, and accessories.
Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer cannot be returned.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at support@pagani.no. Defective items will be replaced or fully refunded, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Please include photos of the defect when contacting us so we can resolve your case as quickly as possible.
