By placing an order through Pagani.no, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

General

Pagani.no is operated from Bergen, Norway. These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and any disputes shall be resolved at Bergen tingrett.

Products

We strive to describe and photograph all products as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color may occur due to differences in screen settings and display technology. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include MVA where applicable.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.
Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a guardian. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

Warranty

All watches sold through Pagani.no come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, including:

Movement malfunctions
Crystal defects
Case defects

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure beyond the watch's rated resistance, or normal wear and tear (straps, scratches, etc.).

Intellectual Property

All content on Pagani.no — including text, images, and design — is the property of Pagani.no and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Pagani.no is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, to the extent permitted by Norwegian law.
